According to the decision adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State and private kindergartens are authorized to operate in the cities of Baku and Sumgayit and in the Absheron district starting from the 1^st of October 2020, and in remaining districts and cities of the country from 15 September 2020.

This decision 330 of the Cabinet of Ministers is signed today and posted on official website.

The late date of opening set for the 1^st of October 2020 in the cities of Baku and Sumgayit and in the Absheron district is linked to the number of population and its higher density. It is also explained by a need for longer time to make relevant preparations and conduct disinfection operations in kindergartens.

At the same time, educators and technical staff of kindergartens will be trained on new rules of opening and management in kindergartens as games, sleeping and other rooms will be organized on the basis of special rules.

It is important to observe relevant sanitary and hygiene rules while opening kindergartens.
