Article 119. Powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- prepares and submits a draft state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- ensures the execution of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- ensures the implementation of the financial, credit and monetary policy;
- ensures the implementation of state economic programs;
- ensures the implementation of state social allowance programs;
- supervises ministries and other central executive authorities, annuls their acts;
- addresses other issues within its powers as delegated by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
