Article 114. Status of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan
I. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan establishes the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to organize the execution of his executive powers.
II. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is supreme executive authority of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
III. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
IV. Work procedures of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan are defined by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Article 115. Composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is comprised of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, deputy prime ministers, ministers and heads of other central executive authorities.
