Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu sent a letter of congratulation to Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov on the occasion of Independence Day.
In his letter, Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel was proud to be one of the first nations to recognize the Independent Republic of Azerbaijan. “In the nearly three decades since, our countries have built a solid relationship based on genuine friendship between the Israeli and Azerbaijani peoples,” said the Israeli Prime Minister.
Benjamin Netanyahu said he looked forward to working with the Azerbaijani Prime Minister in the years ahead to continue expanding relations between the two countries in all areas of shared interest.
Benjamin Netanyahu wished the people of Azerbaijan growth, stability and prosperity.
