During the meeting, the sides hailed the successful development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Nations across various fields.
Ali Asadov praised the efforts carried out under the mandate of the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Road Safety to promote road safety worldwide.
The Prime Minister highlighted the ongoing reforms in Azerbaijan aimed at enhancing road safety, developing road transport infrastructure in line with modern requirements, and improving the transport system through the application of digital solutions.
The meeting also focused on studying international best practices in road safety, enhancing cooperation in this field, and other issues of mutual interest.
